|Has my order shipped?|
|We are a workshop filling orders as they come in. Our normal turnaround time is 3-7 working days, plus shipping time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation when the item is processed through our quality control and shipping department.
|How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?|
|If you need to make any changes to your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
You must contact us within 24 hours as we make each item to order as they come in.
Even if it has been longer than 24 hours we will still do our very best to accommodate your changes.
|How do I track my order?|
|Tracking your order within our company is not available over the website. If you have a question about when your order will ship, email us at email@example.com.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation, a tracking number will be provided for your package.
|My order never arrived.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If your order shipped, you will have been sent a shipping confirmation with Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your package was delivered.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address. Shipping cost to resend packages returned due to an invalid shipping address are the customers responsibility.
Delivery to a PO Box can not be guaranteed and is at the customers risk.
|An item is missing from my shipment.|

To help us locate your order, please include your order number. You can find this number on your order confirmation email.
|When will my backorder arrive?|
|Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. If you would like an update on our most recent information, email email@example.com
