|Do you ship to my country?|
|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.|
|What are my payment choices?|
|During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express Discover, Paypal and Echeck.
Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order 3-7 working days after we receive payment from you.
We are a workshop filling custom orders as they come in.

|What is the return policy?|
|If you are
not satisfied with your item for any reason, all products, except for
custom sized items, may be exchanged for another item or size.
You may return an item for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs.
To return an item you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an RA#
*Items must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. We will not give refunds or exchanges after this time period.
*Refunds will be credited to the credit card account used for the purchase.
While we can usually process your refund very quickly upon receiving the returned item, please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
*Returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear.
*Items should be returned in their original or similar packaging. Do not send items in small letter envelopes, the post office machinery cannot process these items and will remove their contents. We recommend that you insure your returns. We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged.
*Make sure that you write you include a note in the return package with your name, address, daytime phone number and a brief description regarding the return.
In the case of an item exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new replacement item.
