More businesses could learn about customer service from Lucia, on how to head off potential problems with an email giving an honest explanation of the current problem and an apology with an estimated time of completion.  Thank you, Lucia.  I would recommend your business and would not hesitate to purchase again, from you, in the future. Good Stuff 2 March 2, 2014 Reviewer: Rob from Cincinnati, OH United States   This one fits looser than I like but the cuff looks great just like the other two. I'm considering taking it to a leather shop here in Cincinnati to have a couple more snaps mounted so that the cuff fits snugger. No problem as I figured ordering on line without being able to try it on would be somewhat of a crap shoot. It was good doing business with you and I would recommend Luckydog to others.
