Received my item a couple of days ago and was very happy with the quality. Unfortunately, the size, even though I'd measured beforehand, was a bit too big. I called the shop and had a very pleasant conversation with the Lucky Dog craftsperson, who said just return it and we'll send you a smaller version. Positive esperience, so far.

Good looking bracelet. I like it very much. A little to tight. Hopefully it will stretch out some. Hard to get clasped
