If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, all products, except for custom sized items, may be returned for a refund of the purchase price minus a return fee, or exchanged for another size or product.
For exchanges there is an exchange fee of
$3 per bracelet and $10 per belt. (because all items are made to order) and shipping costs.
